Cheap flights?

There are so many threads and questions asking “What is the cheapest flight?”… I am getting kinda sick of them! I fly often and sometimes it is expensive. People just think they wanna bring a bag, take a seat, have a meal, and be there ASAP. Well, it is more than that:
The airline has personel (sp?), gate fees, fuel surcharges, baggage handelers (sp?), agents, managers, food items, beverage items, magazines, toilets, water on board, flight attendents, security, aircraft, charts, technology, computers, pilots, officers, landing fees… just think of how much they do and need to pay for. So, look at what everyone is doing behind the scenes and not always look for price but for quality of the baggage, beverage, food, and employee services. Everything costs money.
Hopefully I wasn’t too harsh. This just struck me.
Awaiting your comments and bashing! Who agrees that there is more than just the airline seat on Southwest or American?

ye i agree with you unfortunately not everyone loks at it that way. these days if you want something you have to pay for it. no one gets anything free anymore.
